I have checked your printer error codes page (very useful btw) and it seems that we have the issue " A scanner subsystem problem exists "

After doing a bit of a search in Google, nothing much comes up about the scanner subsystem. Anyone got any ideas why / what bit I will need to replace to alleviate this problem please?
