Does anyone know where you can get cute semi dresses for under $150? this is my ideal dress http://www.homecomingoutlets.com/la-femme-dresses-c-8.html. and i really like glitter/sparkles but not too much, but obviously $298 is out of my price range. also does anyone know stores that sell semi dresses other than macys, jcpennys, etc.
Update: im open to color too, not just white. and i don't really want dark colors or all black, i would like a springy dress.

If you're not tied to white as your only la femme dresses outlet color option, I would go to Forever 21 or H&M. They have great dresses for under $100, at Forever 21 under $50.
