cut chicken breasts thin usually 2 per boneless breast. Soak cut chicken breasts in marinade (i just put the bottle into a bowl and soak a bunch).toast buns then put 1/2 tablespoon mayo on each half of the bun divide sprouts into 4 equal portions and mound on top of bottom bun. on top of sprouts stack a lettuce leaf and a slice ot tomatoe place a chicken breast half atop of tomatoe and a slice of swiss atop that then criss cross 2 pieces of bacon over top and put top bun over. place in microwave for 15 seconds on high. |
