I was given a HP LJ IIIp recently. It seems like it doesn't even try to pick up paper from the MP tray. After trying a Test Print from the MP it gets a Error 13 Paper Jam, although there is not a jam anywhere. Is there anything I can check myself? Thanks. |

Check to see if the pickup rollers are dirty. If they are not dirty then they need to be changed. |
