Does anyone know what a 49.3 service error is on a HP LaserJet 4200?

Hi - I spilled a drink on top of my HP printer, and now it wont even turn on. I get nothing - no display no lights, noises, nothing. I have tried a different outlet, and still nothing. Does anyone know what it could be? Maybe there is a fuse inside or something? Any help is appreciated.
