CHeck the rollers in tray 2 do they look like slick tires if so replace, make sure back paper stop is in place and paper is in good postion in the tray not sitting back in the tray. |

If I look at the back side of the printer I can see that it pulls a piece of paper about a third of the way up and then pushes it back into the tray about and inch or two from being all the way back down. It Error's out with "13.1 PaperJam, Open Input Trays and open and close top cover and try again." or something like that. FYI, Tray two is the 500 page tray.
By the way, it prints fine if you put paper in the manual tray.
I have taken a look in there and don't see anything out of the ordinary or amiss. The rollers look clean.
Any thoughts?
